Refund & Cancellation

1. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact PujaSeva as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests received before the order is packed may be accepted. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled by PujaSeva or where an eligible issue with the delivered product is reported and verified by our team.

3. Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please share clear photos or videos showing the condition of the outer package and the affected items. Our team will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

4. Missing or Incorrect Items

If any item is missing or an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact PujaSeva with your order details. We will verify the issue and, where applicable, arrange a suitable resolution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Puja Samagri, consumable products, flowers, prasad and other items that are perishable or have been opened may not be eligible for return or refund.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method communicated by PujaSeva.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines can be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, high seasonal demand or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. A delivery delay by itself does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation, refund or report an issue, contact the PujaSeva support team with your order details, registered mobile number and relevant photos or videos where applicable.

PujaSeva may update this policy from time to time. The latest version published on this page will apply to future orders.
